Where do I find recall efforts

It comes as no surprise that my local representative, Paul J. Donato, voted to progress the ballot question that would ban gay marriage. I've written several letters and called his office (and voted against him, even for a republican!) and all to nothing. I'm wondering what the next step is. I wonder what the recall process looks like.

He'll certainly be getting another letter from me this week.
