Examine everyday materials (flour vs. baking soda, natural vs. synthetic fibers) at the crime scene and perform simple tests to determine who's guilty! Winners are eligible for a prize raffle, and the crime scene set-up will include one suitable for K-3rd grades and another for 4th-8th grades. Presented by the Science Club for Girls.

I will however take time off to do this one:

It's DNA Day! Drop into the Learning Lab at the MIT Museum to combine LEGOs into DNA molecules–and, while you're having fun with LEGOs, learn about DNA and protein synthesis.
Wednesday April 25, 10:00AM - 5:00PM
MIT Museum, 265 Mass. Ave., Cambridge, MA. Learning Lab.
And also:
Cambridge Explores the Universe

Special activities for younger children round out the day.
