One of the issues I’ve been ruminating a bunch about is what makes a good conspiracy horror game and how has it changed in the post-9/11 world. I do think it has changed, certainly the conspiracy believers have changed and the genre should change as well.

There's certainly nothing original here, I'm just putting it in one place for ease of thought.

I'm working on my LARP for Intercon H and find myself getting frustrated by the fact that the topic I choose has chosen the last two weeks to go into overdrve. My fault for choosing a topical subject but I didn't realize how many things I'd have to udpate every time information gets updated. I have a feeling this will be a fun roller coaster.

And Chavez's recent statements and actions about FARC are just pure gamer gold. I find them heavily problematic from other angles but thats really the problem with my approach to this hobby.

I really should assuage some of my guilt by posting more on the subject.
