I strongly recommend folks check out Matt Rossi's blog, Once I noticed I was on fire I decided to relax and enjoy the fall which is quite an amazing read, very much in the groove that many on my friends list is into. I want to get Matt and Ken Hite and Tim Powers in a room with a lot of good booze and just have them plan my next campaign with me. Actually that would be kind of fun, it could even make an interesting documentary. Well for the 20 or so people who have my exact same tastes in such matters.

I plan on ordering his book Things That Never Were right after Christmas as it strikes me as being an incredible read. Unfortunately I must wait due to book buying bans being imposed by the higher powers.

I bring this up because its cool and because Matt ([livejournal.com profile] ezrael) kindly friended me, which caused me to get all nosy. Curiosity being my best friend, next to laziness.

Christ, is he still blogging? I lost track of him when ezrael.org vanished. Cheers.

Wow! That's some serious blogging. I like what I read a lot, although I really have to wait until after work to give it the attention it deserves (and requires).

Thanks for the tip.

Yes, please do buy Things That Never Were. Very good read, and buying it will help support Monkey Brain Books, who also publish my own books.

Matt's really quite amazing.

Yeah, Matt's OK.

Ironically, for someone who talks a lot...

I have not much to say now. Thank you for the praise, and for mentioning the book, since it is in a way my baby and if it does well enough there could be a second volume. I'd like that because a lot of essays I really like didn't make this one for space reasons.

Anyway, yes, thanks. If I were sleeping lately, I'd have something intelligible to add.
