I think I've done the last of my game book pruning, and since I don't seem to buy many enw game books these days I'm not that worried about it growing back.

What I now have:

Ars Magica: Most, but not all, of everything published. I got rid of about 10 books I've never used.

Call of Cthulu: with a handful of supplements including The Complete Dreamlands, but not my Delta Green stuff which I shall lament the loss of till my dying days (I really wish I could remember who 'borrowed' those books so I could bash them with a lead pipe).

Nephilim: I've got plans for this line. Thi is the Chaosium line. My French being non-existent.

Exalted: Core book and Dragon blooded.

Star-Children

Adventure!

Nobilis

Unknown Armies, 2e

GURPS: Core book plus a bare minimum of supplements.

Castle Falkenstein

Lace and Steel

Kult

Conspiracy X

Well...

Well a few of your titles fall under my faves as well. Kult being the non suprising one. Conspiracy X and Unknown Armies 2nd edition being two more. Love UA, heck I even managed to get my name in the 2nd edition. Lace and Steel being the one to round it out. I never managed to get the actual boxed set of this game, I had to settle for the pdf copy from rpgnow. One of the few pdfs that I paid for and didn't regret doing so.

I need to prune some more out of my collection as well. Just not right at the moment.

I've avoided pdfs. I just can't justify them to myself.

Nothing prompts pruning like the rest of your books growing out of control and a wife whose an organizing fiend.

Lots of overlap: Nobilis, CoC, Lace and Steel, Gurps, Adventure! and Exalted. I used to have some of the others, but they've fallen by the wayside after a couple of international moves.

Have you ever actually played Lace & Steel? That's one of those ones I've had for a while but never actually been able to try out.

Yeah back when the boxed set first came out I ran a few one-shots. I liked it, but haven't returned to it again. To be honest I'm not even sure why its still on my shelf, I think its ebcause I don't have the box anymore and those little cards would be annoying to unload at the local game stoe for credit. If I still had the box I'd probably sell it. I just don't imagine actually playing it again. It has great ideas, but not always the best follow through.

Did you keep all your Castle Falk supplements or should I stop by Pandemonium on my home tonight to pick up used copy of 'Memoirs of Auberon?' :)

I kept the supplements, though to be honest that is one I could easily get rid of. I don't think I'd ever use it for an actual Castle Falk game. And I certainly don't need any more guides to fairies.

I was mixed on CF supplements. At the end of the day the only one I really need is Comme il Faut. The Sorcery one has some good stuff so I'd probably keep it. The others I have mixed feelings about.

Auberon is (I think) the only CF supplement I don't have. Mind if I borrow it off you next time I see you? As far as th eother books have gone, I too have been mixed on them. I thought the steamtech one was sadly weak. The Wild West one was ok. Comme Il Faut and the magic ones are solid. The Ottoman one thta came out last year for GURPS is excellent too. I hope they come out with one for the Orient. Or maybe we should write one. ;)
