Dad update
Jan. 27th, 2004 03:35 pmI came home early from work, I've got some nasty stomach bug and it was making me miserable. Or maybe it was audit prep.
So I'm catching up on livejournal, I guess that counts as resting.
Harrison is at school right now. Boy does he love his school. He talks about going all the time, and never wants to leave. I think preschool has got to be pure bliss.
peaseblossom's pregnancy is going well. Its really any day now. Her due date is February 5th, and who knows when the actual time is going to be. We're pretty ready, though there are always other things you wish you had.
Its really amazing to think that in less than 2-3 weeks I'll be a dad again, with two kids about. Ten years ago I thought I'd be in a little cabin avoiding humanity by this point.

Oh, there's still plenty of time for you to go this way.

In a few more years he'll be living in Back Bay, drinking Starbucks coffee on his way to Newbury Street while Jess does yoga at the Sports Club Downtown. At night they'll dine at the Ritz, of course, and then jaunt across the Common (the kids having been left at home with the nanny) to the latest bar opening.
