Another Nobilis Lexicon

I've decided to start another Nobilis lexicon, Lexicon Of Lord Entropy's Rule which will hopefully fill in much of the politics of Nobilis earth.

Oh! Oh! Can I play? And if so, should I just post as I did last time, or is there a way for me to set up an account or something on the Wiki?
