Historians on Bush

The History News Network conducted an informal poll of professional historians -- eight in 10 said Bush's tenure has been a "failure." Twelve percent said Bush's presidency is the worst in all of American history.

What I find fascinating is how many (44) said he's the worse sicne Harding. And the 55 that say he's the worst since Nixon. I think Bush ahs many of the bad qualities of each, all with his own unique spin.

Fun article, I recommend it.

A very cool article! Any article that references WARREN G HARDING and JAMES BUCHANAN is a good article in my eyes. Saying that Dubya is worse than Buchanan is harsh -- really harsh.

Luckily for us, I have grave doubts right now about Dubya's reelection chances, but not for a single reason listed in the history article.
